Well, you know, it is the rotation weekend.
And it. It’s kind of hit me. It’s like, well, I don’t really have to be at work for almost 24 hours.
I got like a whole day.
I ate. I have eaten so much food.
Today.
And yesterday.
I hear people. I have 5 roommates. I do.
They’re all pretty cool people though for real like when it comes down to it you know they’re pretty great. Yeah, they are.
They’re great folks. Yeah.
Oh my belly is so full though, I ate that whole cake. And then I had uh, the all those ribs. And you know, I had Waffle House this morning too and then all that Habachi yesterday.
And I had a whole cake yesterday morning. I had all those enchiladas the night before.
And I just drank a bunch of water.

That was kind of funny. I was talking to my friend Arwa and, uh, she lives in Korea but she’s Egyptian. And, uh, she’s 1 of my really good friends. She sends me videos of her making art all the time. And I’ve sent her a video of me, goofing up that fucking song and uh, it was funny and I was like, you know, I’m just going to make a reel Out of that and post it on Facebook. I chopped it up though.
I sent her like a completely different clip. Than I posted.

1 of my favorite friends. I’ve got I’ve got a whole bunch. Actually I’ve got a lot of chick friends from the polyglot Community, who just love me.

If I ever met Rebecca in person, I would try to kiss her. Yeah, I don’t know what else to say about Rebecca. I love Rebecca. She’s the coolest like all around coolest chick. I know she plays Bass.
And she speaks like 7 languages and knows a whole bunch about music. She’s like super awesome.
And she’s German. And she’s got uh Lymes Disease. I think is what it is. Yeah, she got bit by like a tick somewhere around the French border while she was hiking. She’s had malaria. Twice she’s been all over the world. Yeah, She’s a really interesting person and then she turns around. And tells me I’m interesting. Haha I’m like more interesting than most people. I’m like, really? I don’t Never really thought about myself like that. But, you know, I guess I kind of am. I just don’t think about it because I’m always busy doing crap.
Which I guess, you know, is the foundation of being interesting. You’ve got to do a lot of different shit to be interesting and stuff I guess.
I am pretty weird. Like, I stick out anywhere I go and then at work. You know, everybody.
It’s so funny. I don’t know.
I just think the whole Human Experience is funny. And it, it’s like, uh,
I don’t know like the era we’re living in now, you know, like I’m where I’m at right now in 2025. Like I kind of had a more like I guess, clearer.
Defined like a perspective. On uh, the world and everything when I was younger.
And, you know, especially when I was married because my ex-wife Keeps up with current events and she’s real political and she goes to protests and does all kind of stuff. She’s like real active. In, uh, all that stuff. And she kept me grounded and updated with like this is how this is, what’s going on in the, you know, the human world right now and Uh,
I used to keep up with all that, but I just I’ve gotten so out of touch the last.
7 or 8 years to the point where like the last 2 or 3 years. I’m just like, where the hell am I even at?
Its kind of funny. But,
That’s kind of why I have a hard time relating to people like back when I was younger and I kept up with everything I could talk to people about music or Uh, movies or anything, you know? And actually like have a conversation. With somebody. And now I’m just like what the hell you know?
I want to talk about with anybody. I just make up songs. I’m really nice and I try to make like jokes, I have a knack for stating the obvious, you know? It’s like

I don’t know how to like, you know, relate to shit like so many people talk about sports. People make movie references and inside jokes. That was something I started to notice, though. Like, this was a long time ago when I was in college. The first time around, I was going to Jacksonville.
Uh, JSU. Yeah, in Jacksonville. Alabama, and I tried so hard to make friends and I couldn’t relate to anybody. They would like the stuff they liked, I didn’t really like. Music or anything. But they were cool, you know, it was in like they were really good people. They were really nice cool people. I just couldn’t relate to anything. They would everything they would uh, They would all, you know, they were all friends and stuff and they would get together and I’d hang out with them. They’d invite me to hang out. They were all friends of my cousins, too. And, uh, like They would, uh,
Yeah, everything they would talk about would just be like, movie references or inside jokes and they would just like, quote movies. And I’d be like, what? And they’re like, you’ve seen that movie? I’m like, no. I actually, I haven’t or it’s like worse. You know. It’s like I have seen that movie and I didn’t like it. Haha

It’s a People have told me more than 1 person has told me that, I remind them of Will Ferrell, I don’t know where that comes from, and it’s only when I have a big beard. Like I’m kind of a goofball. Yeah. Uh and I guess I have that personality comes out a lot more when I have a beard.

It’s hard to be away from my kids. A lot of times, I’m just like Piddling around trying to distract myself from the fact that I miss them so much.

Sometimes people come over here, like friends of my roommates.
Speaking of which I haven’t heard back from the people, I dug the holes from I don’t know. I was thinking about that. I mean, I guess I really did it more of a favor to, uh, My roommate but I got blisters on my hands and they had turned into open sores but they are mostly healed up now. But I was like, you know, Probably should have charged them $20 a hole. Yeah. Of course, you know anybody else that would have been 50 to 100 dollars a whole, those were Hard holes to dig. And then I had to pour Concrete in them and shit, but I’ve been meaning to text them and ask about like how how are those posts doing?
I mean it’s their fence, haha they can do whatever I was just helping out. It was fun. Yeah.

After I got out of high school, my first job was working for my uncle, and I worked with a preacher and all he wanted to listen to all he listened to, was the Christian music stations, which to me, is ironically some of the most souless plastic.
Fakest sounding shittiest music ever made by a human beings is contemporary Christian music, it’s horrible.
And he didn’t, like, what I listened to, because it was abrasive, some of it, but then, some of it was the subject matter. I liked the band cake, uh, especially back then. Where my cousin my step cousin last year and, uh, it was about 3 weeks before his birthday. He shot himself in the head.
And I’ve heard all kind of like weird stuff about, I’m not going to go into that, like, But it really messed with me because he was like, I don’t know like my little brother And he was who I worked with. I like, when I worked for my dad, I trained him and like all the stuff and he had leveled up a bunch I think and was going to take the business over from Dad, which I thought was remarkable because like, I had a, a really hard time. I had to Like, Like baby steps like break down like how to wire up a transfer switch a 3-phase transfer switch, it’s not rocket science, you know. Uh, like I had to break this down, it took. I didn’t know if he was going to ever Understand it. It was like Wow. Uh but yeah this you know and I had to explain phase rotation. And uh, you know, just stuff. I think He finally got it, you know, but uh, he was he struggled with that. He was a really good engine person, though, he knew a lot about engines. He was obsessed with like engines.

But um, Yeah, I usually, I handled the electronics, you know, the electrical side, you know, engines aren’t. You know, I knew enough about diesel engines anyway. And if it was too bad we had specialists

Because he could be really like, Hard to deal with and be around a lot like my dad, they were both Marines, you know. And uh, I didn’t like working, you know, for my dad, obviously.
